We offer delivery across Melbourne and selected surrounding areas for our decking, cladding, outdoor porcelain pavers and accessories.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, product length and total weight.

• Delivery fees will be confirmed before dispatch.

• Customers must ensure safe and suitable access for unloading.

• Please inspect all products upon delivery and notify us promptly of any visible damage or missing items.

• Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or circumstances outside our control.

• Click & Collect is available by prior arrangement.

 

Returns & Change of Mind

Please choose your products, colours and quantities carefully before placing your order.

Eligible stock products may be returned subject to the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• A 15% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns.

• Products must be unused, uninstalled, uncut and undamaged and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Delivery, collection and return freight charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

• Custom orders, special orders, clearance products, cut materials and made-to-order products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Installed, drilled, cut, modified or damaged products cannot be returned for change of mind.

• All change-of-mind returns require prior approval before products are returned.

 

Faulty or Damaged Products

The 15% restocking fee does not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, including for products that fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order details and photos of the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
